MODELO DE UTILIDADE (MU) "ELEVADOR RESIDENCIAL MOVIDO POR PARAFUSOS". A melhoria funcional deste elevador, se caracteriza pelo baixo custo de venda, instalação simples e rápida requerendo em alguns casos, uma simples adaptação na laje superior. Possue uma pequena elevação na base, que corresponde aproximadamente à dois centímetros, podendo ser instalado sobre o próprio piso acompanhado por uma pequena rampa, ou com a retirada de algumas placas de cerâmica do piso, para o total nivelamento de sua base, ficando no mesmo plano do piso que for instalado.
