"DISPOSIÇÃO LIOFILIZADORA", preferivelmente para liofilizar grandes volumes de produtos alimentícios, que utiliza uma câmara de liofilização e um conjunto de ejetores em série acionados por vapor, que não requer bombas de vácuo de importante potência e que não necessita condensadores, sistemas de refrigeração nem sistemas de filtro ou proteção, obtendo-se os graus de vácuo necessários com custos muito mais baixos tanto para a montagem da unidade de liofilização como de produção.
