Refere-se o presente objeto a um inédito e versátil objeto identificador visual de controle da velocidade de veículos automotores, indicando ao motorista do carro quando alcança a velocidade programada e desejada, alertando-o através de uma indicação luminosa no painel do dispositivo ou no painel do veículo, fazendo o motorista diminuir a aceleração do veículo ou se desejar ultrapassá-la, desprogramando o indicador de controle.
