Refere-se o presnte objeto a uma aplicação de motor em equipamento de ginástica para tratamento abdominal, visando melhorar o desempenho e a quantidade de flexões do usuário, que terá a função de praticar o exercício sem precisar empregar sua força na execução do movimento, devido ao motor agregado ao equipamento que controla a velocidade e empunha a haste principal do equipamento para cima e para baixo, num movimento mecânico e constante.
