Abstract

''DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM TAMPA CONTRA ABERTURA FÁCIL'' , segundo a qual uma tampa (1) possue em seu gargalo (9) um anel circular saliente (13) em forma de dente circundante, o qual é interrompido (14) para passagem de retém interno (17) de uma sobretampa (15), sendo esta dotada de reentrância anelar (16), correspondente ao anel circular (13); desta forma, uma vez encaixada a sobretampa (15) na tampa (1), o anel circular da mesma encaixa-se na reentrância (16) da sobretampa, permitindo o giro de uma em relação à outra, fazendo com que o retém (17) fique alojado abaixo da parte inferior (13a) do anel (13), impedindo a abertura do recipiente (R); para abrir dito recipiente, basta alinhar as setas indicativas para que o retém (17) posicione-se na interrupção (14), permitindo assim o destaque da sobretampa (14) da tampa (1).
