ESTICADOR DE CABO constituído de duas pinças alinhadas em série, fixas em uma mesma estrutura (3) rígida em forma de perfil U, com olhal para armação e ancoragem do esticador, com alavanca para tracionamento do cabo e com manípulo de apoio e manuseio. Enquanto uma pinça atua com guincho de tracionamento, a outra retém o cabo tracionado.
