Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM DISPOSITIVO DE SINALIZAÇÃO DE EMERGÊNCIA PARA VEÍCULOS", do tipo que compreende basicamente três placas laminares de formato substancialmente retangular, tendo sua face anterior provida de superfície retrorrefletiva, e com sua face oposta provida de superfície opaca; sendo ditas placas laminares articuladamente interligadas entre si por seus extremos. A placa laminar (1), dita horizontal básica recebe sob si de forma rígida (6b) uma haste metálica de estrutural (6), dita superior, com sapatas extremas de apoio (6a), haste superior (6) esta mantida coplanar ao plano que contém a placa laminar básica (1); sendo que no ponto central e sob essa haste metálica superior (6) é definido um rebaixo no qual é encaixado um pino pivô (7a) centralmente incorporado no ponto central e superior de uma segunda haste metálica estrutural (7), dita inferior, com sapatas extremas de apoio (7b), haste metálica inferior (7) esta rotacionalmente deslocável em relação ao seu pino pivô (7a) e angularmente deslocável em relação à haste rígida superior (6).
