"TAMPA PLÁSTICA PARA BEBIDAS EM LATA, ALCOÓLICAS E NÃO ALCOÓLICAS" . Este modelo é constituído por uma tampa feita preferencialmente em material plástico ou similar, transparente ou na cor que o fabricante desejar, dotada de (1) lacre de segurança e (2) ressalto interno de travamento na borda da lata, tornando-a hermeticamente fechada, e visa, com apenas um elemento de complementação para o recipiente, efetuar a sua função principal, que é a de proteger o bocal do recipiente e com isto resguardar a saúde dos consumidores deste tipo de bebidas.
