"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA A ELEMENTO FLEXÍVEL PARA CONDUÇÃO DE ÁGUA" , de compreendendo basicamente uma alma tubular flexível (10) obtida em P.V.C. e dotada de oito fios de poliéster longitudinalmente distribuídos, recoberta por um perfil helicoidal (11) obtido em P.V.C. com um passo variável de 01 a 05 mm, o qual recebe uma camada de P.V.C. de acabamento, sendo que dito perfil incorpora sob o mesmo um par de fitas metálicas (12, 13) igualmente enroladas helicoidalmente a cada meio passo.
