Este modelo é constituído por um coletor feito em aço inox, ou outro material; dotado de pedal, báscula e container com rodízios; com o simples acionamento de pedal, a báscula é inclinada e possibilita o depositar do lixo; entre eles fica encaixado o carrinho com rodízios, local onde será acondicionado o lixo, e de onde ele será retirado.
