Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM TUBOS E SIMILARES" , refere-se o presente modelo em facilitar o controle do tráfico pesado, tipo ônibus e caminhões na pista da direita, como ditam as regras de trânsito de qualquer cidade, município e estradas/rodovias, através de um poste, provido de um tubo horizontal, contendo em sua extremidade uma ponteira de demarcação que ao ser encostada na lateral de um ônibus ou caminhão, libera uma tinta auto apagável na carroceria do veículo ou até riscando-a.
