Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "OBTURADOR BASCULANTE APLICÁVEL EM TUBULAÇÕES DE ESGOTOS, ÁGUAS SERVIDAS E ÁGUAS PLUVIAIS" , compreendendo corpo tubular (1) que, pela extremidade posterior, pode ser acoplado em uma tubulação qualquer (T), enquanto a sua extremidade anterior é inclinada e tem a sua borda superior integrada com um fechamento parcial ordinariamente em meia lua (4), configurado uma borda inferior horizontalmente reta (5) de acoplamento articulado (6) para uma tampa circular (7), igualmente com a borda superior abatida por um trecho reto, de modo que a mesma possa bascular abrindo ou fechando a boca inclinada (3) e, consequentemente, é permitida a saída da água, porém, evita que insetos e animais pequenos entrem pela tubulação em "T".
