Patente de Modelo de Utilidade: "DISPOSICÃO INTRODUZIDA EM DISPOSITIVO ELETROMECÂNICO DE SEGURANCA PARA AUTOMÓVEIS", compreendendo uma pequena válvula que é instalada sob o cilindro de freio ("burrinho mestre") do automóvel e ligada à fiação elétrica do mesmo e concomitantemente à tubulação que conduz o óleo ao sistema de freio, sendo composta por dois tubos (1) e (2) entre os quais tem dispostos: uma mola (3) para retorno do pistão, um pistão tipo agulha (4), ou um pistão com esfera (5), ou um pistão com nylon (6), conforme o modelo do automóvel, uma bobina elétrica (7) e um relé térmico (8) para proteção da bobina contra queima, sendo este conjunto fechado numa caixa cilíndrica (9) de onde saem as fiações (10) para ligação na parte elétrica e mecânica (11) do automóvel.
