Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "PORTA-LATA/RECIPIENTE DE BEBIDAS", constituído por corpo ou envolvedura térmica com feitio cilíndrico (1), vertical, de material térmico, tendo diâmetro interno compatível para receber uma lata ou garrafa descartável usual de bebida qualquer ou um recipiente qualquer de bebida quente, sendo que, para tanto, o corpo cilíndrico (1) é fechado inferiormente por um fundo (2A) do mesmo material do corpo (1), tendo pelo menos um furo (3) ou fundo substancialmente mais rígido (2B) de material plástico com um perfil reentrante (4) vazado por orifícios (5) e borda externa envolvente (6) para encaixe e colagem da extremidade inferior do corpo (1).
