Patente de Modelo de Utilidade "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM GUARDA-SOL", que consiste numa coluna (1) central na extremidade da qual é fixado um terminal (2) com extensão roscada (3) onde coloca-se o tampão (4) que prende a cobertura (5), sendo na coluna (1) acopladas duas luvas (6) e (6') que sustentam varetas (7) superiores e inferiores, pivotadas com arame (8) em tais luvas e no terminal (2), como também em suportes (12) e (12') posicionados sobre as varetas (9) que contém terminais (10), sendo os suportes (12) deslizantes, os suportes (12') vinculados e tais varetas (9), havendo um grampo (11) na coluna (1) para travar a posição da luva (6).
