Este modelo visa melhorar a produção de casas pré-fabricadas, placas, muros, paredes etc., por profissionais da área de construção civil e outros. Consiste de uma placa pré-moldada (1) contendo três (03) bases de sustentação (4), apresentando ainda frisos na superfície interior, laterais dobradas (2) que, formando cantoneiras móveis (3), são adaptadas nestas laterais. Apresenta ainda, na sua superfície superior, frisos na sua horizontal, contendo divisões de frisos na chapa em U" sobre os ditos frisos.
