Patente de Modelo de Utilidade para "DISPOSITIVO REGULADOR DE ALTURA PARA ALÇA DE FIXAÇÃO SUPERIOR DE CINTOS DE SEGURANÇA", constituído por trilho laminar (1) substancialmente longo, com uma de suas bordas laterais denteada (3), dito trilho (1) sendo encaixado em peça móvel (4) deslizável ao longo do mesmo, com seção basicamente oval, peça (4) esta dotada de projeção central e frontal (5) cilíndrica, onde se fixa a alça de fixação superior do cinto, e de janela (6), que recebe o encaixe dos dentes (3), enquanto que internamente à peça móvel (4), encaixa-se peça guia (7), dotada de prolongamentos (8) entre os quais fica disposta a parede lateral (4') da peça móvel (4), bem como de canal guia (9) no qual se encaixa o trilho (1); entre o trilho (1) e a peça móvel (4), é prevista mola laminar (10).
