Abstract

O modelo refere-se a um conjunto de facas compreendendo uma faca superior (1) com gume serrilhado (2) e uma faca inferior (4) com gume plano (5), as facas (1) e (4) sendo rebitadas na extremidade superior do eixo (3) e separadas por um espaçador cilíndrico (6). O gume serrilhado possui dentes na forma de pirâmide de base retangular ou triangular. A faca superior (1) tem as lâminas dobradas, para cima e para baixo, respectivamente. A faca superior (1) tem a função de desfibrar e triturar, enquanto a faca inferior (4) tem a função de cortar o alimento em pequenas partículas. O conjunto de facas é montado, através do eixo (3), na base (7) do recipiente do processador de alimentos.
