Refere-se o presente modelo de utilidade a um dispositivo para a lavagem e o enxugamento de superfícies planas horizontais, verticais ou inclinadas. O dispositivo desenvolvido compreende um módulo base e um módulo de limpeza. O módulo base é constituído por reservatório de líquido de limpeza (1; 12), bomba hidráulica (3) e axial (6), motores (4; 10), redutor de velocidades (7) com cabo flexível de transmissão (8), tubulações (11; 6'), mangueira (5) e mangueira flexível (9). O módulo de limpeza contém carcaça (18) com pegador (20) e defletor de sucção (19) e, internamente, uma escova circular (13) com base rotativa (14) movida pelo pinhão cônico (17).
