Trata o presente pedido de uma nova disposição em copo com tampa roscada, canudo fixo e flexível de embutir, que oferece vantagens técnicas, práticas e funcionais. Em linhas gerais, o modelo proposto é constituído de um corpo cilíndrico (1) provido de fundo planiforme com bordo circundante e arqueado (2), prevendo rosca na parte superior (3), tampa circular (4), caracterizado por apresentar ressaltos curvilíneos e chanfrados (5) e (6), encaixe frontal em frisos horizontal e vertical (7), superfície flexível encurvada (8) e canudo prismático dobrável com orifícios superiores (9).
