"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM JOIA E BIJUTERIA", a qual prevê, posteriormente ao alojamento (2) da pedra (3) existente no corpo (1) da jóia ou bijuteria, uma "portinhola" (4) articuladamente (6) a dito corpo e dotado de fecho (7), e a qual, quando na posição aberta, permite a retirada da pedra (3) disposta no seu alojamento, e quando na posição fechada, uma mola laminar (9) nela prevista, pressiona dita pedra, mantendo-a firmemente de encontro a seu alojamento.
