Dito aparelho, consiste num corpo em U" que pode ser fabricado em vários materiais, sendo que em tal corpo existe um tubo (6) para sustentação do rolo (R) e também nota-se a existência de três eixos, onde passa-se o papel siliconado por baixo de um eixo (6) em seguida por cima de um eixo (7) e novamente por baixo de um eixo (8), onde a tração do papel provoca o destacamento da etiqueta (E) sobre o eixo (7).
