Abstract

A presente patente se refere a um equipamento desenvolvido especificamente para injetar chumbo, porém em condições adversas, servindo também para injetar zamak ou até alum'nio. O equipamento ora pleiteado consiste numa coluna vertical, formada por um cavalete (2) tubular que sustenta um êmbolo (10) pneumático, que comanda o pistão de uma bomba (6) submersa no material fundido injetando-o, através de um bico (22) trocônico, no interior do molde (17), o qual é fechado ou aberto automaticamente por êmbolo (15), e movimentado em colunas (21) através de um êmbolo (20), a fim de remontar-se sobre o bico (22) segundos antes da injeção. Observa-se que o aquecimento pode ser feito por qualquer fonte de calor industrialmente aplicável ao equipamento.
