As disposições em causa, são aplicadas em máqina cortadora de carne, ideal para açougues, abatedouros, supermercados e similares, para o corte em fatia da carne, especialmente bovina, tais disposições são aplicadas na bandeja conjugada (1) deslocável no corpo monobloco (2), aparador móvel (3) e no disco de corte (4) vertical; com o emprego da dita máquina em causa, torna-se dispensável o uso do tradicional facão e/ou outros no corte da carne.
