Refere-se o presente relatório a um novo tipo de cinto, destinado preferivelmente na retirada de veículos com defeitos mecânicos de locais de risco, possibilitando inclusive seu transporte para locais mais afastados. Em suas linhas gerais consiste a novidade de uma cinta em material têxtil flexível de alta-resistência (1) dotada em suas extremidades de ganchos (2), firmemente fixados ao corpo do cinto.
