"DISPOSITIVO PROTETOR DA LATARIA DE VEÍCULOS, CONTRA DERRAMAMENTO DE COMBUSTÍVEL", o qual é constituído por uma delgada tira ou manta (1) de tecido elástico, recortada em forma genericamente trapezoidal e tendo a parte superior arrendondada, na qual é prevista centralmente uma abertura circular (3) e tendo dita tira ou manta (1) os seus cantos inferiores arredondados (4), sendo aplicada, através da abertura circular (2) no bocal do tanque de combustível, de modo a manter o seu corpo (1) projetado para baixo, dando proteção a lataria do veículo contra derramamento na região inferior ao bocal do tanque de combustível e permitindo, graças a sua flexibilidade, que seja mantida de forma recolhida no fundo do alojamento (8) que abriga o bocal (5) do tanque de combustível, mantendo-se assim de forma imperceptível, mediante o fechamento deste alojamento por sua tampa, (9).
