Abstract

Trata o presente modelo de uma nova disposição construtiva em máquina para injetar recheios, a ser utilizada em padarias, confeitarias e similares, na fabricação de sonhos, "croissants", churros, bombas e outros doces. Em linhas gerais, o modelo proposto e constituído de bico injetor (1), alavanca (4), eixo da alavanca (6) funil (9), tampa do funil (10) e torniquete de fixação (11) conjugado ao corpo da máquina (14); caracterizada por apresentar válvula de retenção (2), para fusos limitadores (3), mola de retorno (5), pino bola (7), parafuso borboleta (8), pistão (12) e cabeçote removível (13).
