Abstract

"Gabarito Retificador", destina-se o presente a facilitar a execução da retificação de disco e cubo de freio, visando uma melhor eficiência das peças porém com muita simplicidade através de um pedestal que sustenta dois flanges paralelos através de eixo e mancal. Um flange adaptado na furação do rodado absorve o torque do veículo, e no outro flange, acopla-se o disco ou tambor a ser retificado. Com duas ferramentas paralelas, avançado manualmente na posição horizontal retificam as duas faces do disco simultaneamente. A mesma operação é verificada para a retífica de cubos utilizando porém, uma terceira ferramenta que instalada na posição frontal do gabarito, avança manualmente retificando a parede interna do tambor ou cubo de freio.
