Refere-se à fabricação do modelo dos painéis com configuração estrutural, estética e conforto térmico e acústico. O formato dos painéis consiste de matrizes horizontais e verticais que são acopladas entre si, garantindo a estruturação do sistema modular. O modelo prevê entre os painéis e o teto, sendo que o teto pode ser fabricado com configuração que permite ampliação, conservando a estética, o conforto térmico e acústico.
