"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM ESCADA TIPO CARACOL", formada por degraus, moduladores, dotados de anéis circulares que se encaixam na coluna tubular de concreto armado, disposta em broca e sapata de concreto armado, sendo que cada degrau contém projeção inferior de apoio ao degrau inferior, tendo no extremo desta projeção parafuso para fixação ao furo do degrau inferior, através de arruela e porca. O patamar que colima com o piso do andar superior é fundido no local e a escada pode ser revestida de material adequado e desejado.
