UNIDADE DE PRODUÇÃO DE LEVEDURA SECA A PARTIR DO CREME DE LEVEDURA OBTIDO POR SANGRIA DO PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DO ÁLCOOL, constituído por tanque misturador (1) especialmente projetado para esta finalidade, em promovendo a desalcoolização do creme de levedura obtido por sangria do processo de fabricação do álcool em escala industrial, com capacidade para produzir lêvedo na forma de matéria-prima, em quantidade suficiente para alimentar um secador com atomizador (5) de disco ou bicos, em processo contínuo de secagem.
