O presente certificado de adição refere-se a dois aperfeiçoamento da invenção descrita e reivindicada no referido PI9902887-5. Descreve-se um transformador elétrico de distribuição trifásico ou monofásico de isolação sólida, que é provido de blindagem (4) envolvendo os enrolamentos de alta (2) e baixa tensão (1) na região onde é provido de um conector de alta tensão (7), e uma blindagem (4) envolvendo o enrolamento de alta tensão (2) de modo a evitar um curto-circuito em caso de falha na isolação elétrica.
