Compreendido por um dispositivo constituído por uma tampa e haste, caracterizado pela tampa ser provida internamente de uma câmara principal, que descreve centralmente uma torre que projeta um furo guia escareado, que estende-se para um canal cilíndrico receptor, seguido por uma canal de alimentação que recebe uma haste de um recipiente, sendo o canal de alimentação comunicante com o canal de saída primário, seguido pelo canal de saída secundário e canal guia onde é inserido a haste, sendo dito dispositivo confeccionado em material biodegradável.
