RESUMODISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM FORNO CONVECTOR APLICADO EM VEÍCULOS DE GRANDE PORTEÉ descrito uma disposição construtiva em forno convector aplicado em veículos de grande porte que compreende uma estrutura retangular (100) fabricada em material inoxidável que apresenta em sua porção frontal uma porta (10) de acesso ao interior do equipamento, dita estrutura (100) dotada internamente por uma câmara interna (20) de aço inox que apresenta a disposição de uma resistência tubular circular (22) e turbina (23) interligada a uma rede elétrica com tensão de 24volts, possibilitando que o equipamento atinja temperaturas elevadas o que permite uma maior capacidade de aquecimento dos alimentos.
