Abstract
As presentes modalidades fornecem sistemas e métodos adequados para entregar um agente terapêutico a um sítio alvo. Em um exemplo, o sistema compreende um recipiente para conter o agente terapêutico e uma fonte de pressão com fluido pressurizado, em que a fonte de pressão está em comunicação fluídica seletiva com pelo menos uma porção do recipiente. Um cateter é colocado em comunicação fluídica com o recipiente e tem um lúmen dimensionado para entrega do agente terapêutico a um sítio alvo. Um invólucro é configurado para reter com segurança o recipiente. O sistema compreende adicionalmente uma câmera com uma cabeça de câmera acoplada ao cateter, em que a câmera fornece uma imagem visual do sítio alvo durante a entrega do agente terapêutico.
