Abstract
Abstract:Medical systems, devices and methods are provided for engaging tissue, e.g. for clipping tissue, closing a perforation or performing hemostasis. Generally, the medical system including a housing, first and second jaws rotatable relative to the housing, a driver, and an elongate drive wire. The elongate drive wire may be disconnected from the driver, first and second jaws, and the housing, which are left in vivo engaged with the tissue.Tradução do ResumoRESUMOPatente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVOS MÉDICOS COM GARRAS GIRATÓRIAS DESTACÁVEIS".Trata-se de métodos, dispositivos e sistemas médicos para engate de tecido, por exemplo, para prender tecido, fechar uma perfuração ou realizar hemóstase. Em geral, o sistema médico que inclui um alojamento, primeira e segunda garras giratórias em relação ao alojamento, um acionador e um fio de acionamento alongado. O fio de acionamento alongado pode ser desconectado do acionador, da primeira e segunda garras e do alojamento, os quais são deixados in vivo engatados ao tecido.
