Um método e dispositivo de codificação/decodificação de vídeo de acordo com a presente invenção podem: determinar uma área de referência para a intrapredição do bloco corrente; derivar o modo de intrapredição do bloco corrente; e decodificar o bloco corrente com base na área de referência e no modo de intrapredição.
