Veículo aereo vtol do tipo vetorial, objeto desta solicitação, consiste essencialmente de uma aeronave VTOL, composto de uma fuselagem cilíndrica (1) com quatro asas fixas (2) em forma de cruz integradas a fuselagem (1), localizadas próximo da entrada de ar (5) do motor central (4). Em cada ponta de asa está instalado um propulsor (3), capaz de impulsionar e estabilizar o veículo em modo VTOL e voo vertical de baixa velocidade, por meio de um sistema preciso de controle de rotação dos seus motores elétricos (3), e possui um motor central (4) tipo turbofan, para o modo de voo cruzeiro de alta velocidade e grande autonomia.
