Abstract
ANTICORPOS ANTI-FATOR DE CÉLULAS-TRONCO (SCF) E ANTI-LINFOPOIETINA ESTROMAL TÍMICA (TSLP) E CONSTRUCTOS BISPECÍFICOS. São aqui fornecidos novos anticorpos anti-TSLP e anti- SCF, e domínios de ligação dos mesmos, bem como constructos bispecíficos compreendendo os referidos anticorpos e domínios de ligação. São também aqui fornecidos métodos de tratamentos de distúrbios associados com uma resposta imune (por exemplo, migração, ativação, e / ou proliferação de células imunes) via interação (por exemplo, ligação) de TSLP e / ou SCF com o seu receptor (TSLPR e / ou c-Kit, respectivamente) em células imunes (tais como distúrbios do sistema imune) por meio da administração dos anticorpos (ou fragmentos de ligação ao antígeno dos mesmos), constructos bispecíficos, ou composições aqui descritas para um paciente que necessite da mesma.
