Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, KIT E MÉTODO. São fornecidas aqui composições farmacêuticas que compreendem anticorpos que ligam imunoespecificamente a KIT, um receptor tirosina quinase, e usos dos mesmos. Também são fornecidos kits e métodos para produzir tais composições farmacêuticas. KIT (ou c-Kit) é um receptor tirosina quinase tipo III codificado pelo gene c-kit. KIT compreende cinco domínios tipo imunoglobulina (ig) extracelulares, uma única região transmembrana, um domínio justamembrana citoplasmática inibidor e um domínio de quinase citoplasmática dividido separado por um segmento de inserto de quinase.
