A presente invenção provê as composições do sistema de administração compreendendo nanopartículas de lipídeo automontáveis para a administração direcionada de agentes terapêuticos ou diagnósticos às células-alvo. As partículas são fixadas de forma não covalente a um anticorpo lipidado ou fragmento de anticorpo que compreende um anticorpo ou fragmento de anticorpo fixado, por meio de um ligante peptídico, a uma porção peptídica lipidada, em que o anticorpo ou fragmento de anticorpo está na extremidade distal da nanopartícula.
