LAMINADO DE VEDAÇÃO A FRIO DE ALTA BARREIRA E MÉTODOS DE PRODUÇÃO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de embalagem e métodos de fabricação. A estrutura de embalagem compreende uma primeira camada de filme dotada de uma superfície externa e uma superfície interna. Uma camada contendo dióxido de titânio é disposta sobre a superfície interna da primeira camada de filme. Um revestimento de barreira de oxigênio é disposto adjacente à camada de tinta. Uma segunda camada de filme é adesivamente unida ao revestimento de barreira de oxigênio, cuja segunda camada de filme é de polietileno metalizado. Um adesivo de selagem a frio é aplicado à segunda camada de filme oposta ao revestimento de barreira de oxigênio.
