Um método para formar uma folha de tabaco reconstituído final, o método incluindo: receber um insumo de tabaco incluindo múltiplos materiais de tabaco, em que o insumo de tabaco inclui um primeiro material de tabaco reconstituído e pelo menos um material de tabaco adicional; extrair o insumo de tabaco para formar um extrato de tabaco e uma polpa de tabaco (100); separar o extrato de tabaco e a polpa de tabaco (102); formar a polpa de tabaco em uma rede (106); aplicar pelo menos uma porção do extrato de tabaco na rede (108); e secar a rede para formar uma saída de tabaco reconstituído (110).
