Abstract
PERFUSÃO LOCORREGIONAL DE UM RIM. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para tratar uma condição renal por perfusão locorregional de um ou ambos os rins de um paciente. Um circuito fechado pode ser formado com um cateter de perfusão posicionado na artéria renal do rim, um cateter de recuperação posicionado na veia renal do rim e um oxigenador de membrana externo disposto entre os mesmos. Um perfusato contendo, por exemplo, uma droga pode ser circulada através do circuito fechado, enquanto isolando o circuito fechado da circulação sistêmica do paciente.
