MÉTODO PARA MELHORAR O DESEMPENHO DO CRESCIMENTO EM GADO DE CONFINAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para melhorar o desempenho do crescimento em gado de confinamento por meio da administração de uma quantidade eficaz de lubabegron ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, em uma dose entre cerca de 3,5 e 22 mg *kg-1 de matéria seca. Em um aspecto, o lubabegron é administrado durante um período de 56 dias até 16 a 2 dias antes da colheita.
