Abstract
POLIPEPTÍDEOS DE CITOCINA SUBSTITUTOS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições e métodos relacionados a agonistas de citocina e seus polipeptídeos projetados. Os polipeptídeos projetados possuem especificidade para receptores em sistemas imunológicos, incluindo IL-2/15, IFN Tipo I e IL-10. A presente invenção também se refere a métodos para identificar agonistas de citocina substitutos e a um sistema para projetar ligantes que podem compelir a formação de heterodímeros de receptores de citocina de ocorrência não natural. A presente invenção também se refere a métodos e sistemas para identificar agonistas substitutos para receptores da superfície celular, incluindo receptores diméricos e triméricos.
