Abstract
CÉLULAS-TRONCO MESENQUIMAIS PARA USO NO TRATAMENTO DE DERMATITE ATÓPICA.A presente invenção refere-se a células-tronco mesenquimais (MSCs) ou uma composição farmacêuticaque compreende uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de MSCs para uso no tratamento de dermatite atópica (DA) em caninos e felinos. Em um segundo aspecto, a presente invenção refere-se a MSCs ou a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de MSCs para uso como agente imunomodulador durante a fase aguda e/ou crônica da reação inflamatória da DA em caninos e felinos diagnosticados ou sofrendo de dermatite atópica. Em um último aspecto, a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo MSC derivadas de sangue periférico.
