Abstract
CÉLULAS-TRONCO MESENQUIMAIS PARA USO NO TRATAMENTO DE GENGIVOESTOMATITE CRÔNICA. A presente invenção refere-se a células-tronco mesenquimais (MSCs) ou a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo uma quantidade erapeuticamente eficaz de MSCs para uso no tratamento de gengivoestomatite crônica (CGS) em indivíduos, preferencialmente em felinos e caninos. Em um segundo aspecto, a presente invenção refere-se a MSCs ou a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de MSCs para uso como agente imunomodulador durante a fase aguda e/ou crônica da reação inflamatória CGS em indivíduos, preferencialmente em felinos e caninos diagnosticado com ou sofrendo degengivoestomatite crônica. Em um último aspecto, a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo MSC derivadas de sangue periférico..
