Abstract
USO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO TERAPÊUTICA, E, MÉTODO DE ESTRATIFICAÇÃO DE PACIENTES .A presente invenção refere-se aos ramos da Biotecnologia e da Medicina. Descreve o uso de composições terapêuticas compreendendo um composto que bloqueia o fator de crescimento epidérmico e um anticorpo que bloqueia a via de sinalização do ligante PD-1/PD-1 no tratamento de tumores de origem epitelial, particularmente aqueles que expressam a forma nativa da proteína KRAS humana. Foi observado um aumento na sobrevivência em pacientes com câncer de origem epitelial que expressam KRAS nativo tratados com as ditas composições terapêuticas.
