Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA TRATAMENTO DE CÂNCER E USO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica para o tratamento do câncer e seu uso, pertencente ao campo da medicina. A composição farmacêutica é composta por um inibidor de FAK e um inibidor de CD44. Também é proporcionada uma combinação de fármacos de um inibidor de FAK e de um inibidor de CD44 para o tra-tamento de câncer. O inibidor de CD44 e a combinação de fármaco inibidor de FAK podem ter efeitos sinérgicos, melhorando significativamente os efeitos de inibição de tumores, reduzir os efeitos secundários tóxicos e ultrapassar a resistência ao fármaco tumoral proporcionando assim uma boa escolha para o tratamento clínico do cancro.
